As Client Relationship Manager, Alicia Goff’s role at Triserv is to assist in managing Triserv’s client accounts. After the sales team onboards a new lender, Alicia helps cultivate the relationship. She’s a point of contact for clients to help with any escalated issues they may have, run reports they request, etc.
Alicia worked for a previous AMC for five years, starting in processing, then being promoted to Team Lead and finally Performance Advisor. She worked with Monica Strickland at that company, so when she lost her job due to COVID-19 last year, Monica reached out and Triserv snapped her up.
When asked what she loves to do, Alicia says, “The best part of my job is interacting with our clients and developing that relationship with them. It makes me happy to be a small part of the tremendous process of buying a home – knowing that we assist homeowners in achieving their homebuying dream. Also, this is the first job where I’ve worked remotely, and I absolutely love it!”
What’s the hardest part of Alicia’s job? “The hardest part is not always having control over the appraisal situations that go wrong, and sometimes having to be the bearer of bad news. Since I’m an escalated contact for our clients, I’ve seen some bad orders where appraisers go silent or are unable to meet client deadlines. I really feel bad when we know we did all that we could for an order, but we’re still unable to meet a client’s needs. Fortunately, this doesn’t happen very often!”
Alicia and her wife Tiffani live in Tampa, Florida, with their nine-year-old daughter Lily. Alicia says, “Lily is our little performer who loves to sing and dance, and just be creative! We have two dogs, Buddy (a six-year-old Daschund who is the best snuggler and lizard hunter) and Rocky (an eight-year-old American Bulldog - a big sweetheart that thinks he’s a small dog). We also have a fish named Bluey.”
Alicia has lived in Tampa for most of her life, except when she went to college in Wisconsin. A lifelong volleyball player, she was recruited by Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. While she was excited to experience the four seasons up north, Alicia is glad to be back home in Tampa, where most of her and Tiffani’s families live. Alicia plays beach volleyball and coaches volleyball today, as well as helping to coach Lily’s cheerleading squad. She and Tiffani also play in softball leagues and enjoy softball tournaments. And the entire family loves using their Disney World annual passes as often as they can.
